Depicted is a vintage patent illustration for a fireman's suit designed by A. Beyer, with a patent date of September 14, 1880, denoted as No. 232,233. The suit features multiple components including a helmet with an attached respirator (Fig. 1), and a protective shoe (Fig. 4), as shown in detailed drawings. The names of the inventor, August Beyer, and witnesses, along with the attorney's signature, are included at the bottom of the document.
